Our Story
EMR Plumbing LLC was founded by Jason Espinoza, James Montero, and David Ricketson — three professionals who combined decades of hands-on plumbing experience to build a company that does things the right way. The name reflects their partnership and their shared commitment to the trade.
From the beginning, the focus has been on commercial work — the kind of projects that demand precision, coordination, and accountability. That focus led to one of the company's most significant achievements: earning approval to perform medical gas work across Central Florida healthcare facilities. It's a credential that few contractors hold, and one that reflects the standard EMR holds itself to on every job.

Jason brings deep expertise in commercial plumbing systems and project coordination. His background spans new construction, tenant improvements, and specialty systems — and he's known for keeping complex jobs on schedule and on spec.

James Montero
James leads the technical side of EMR's medical gas and specialty gas work. His training and certifications in NFPA 99 compliant systems make him one of the most qualified medical gas technicians in Central Florida.

David Ricketson
David oversees operations, client relationships, and field quality control. His experience working with general contractors, property managers, and healthcare facility operators ensures every project runs smoothly from first call to final inspection.
